Installation Prerequisites
For installing NextGen Direct to Desktop (D2D) on your desktop and setting up Direct to Desktop in NextGen® Mobile, you must ensure to have the following:
- An authorized and authenticated desktop with NextGen® Enterprise EHR 5.9.0 or later installed.
- An iOS™ mobile device to install the NextGen® Mobile application.
- NextGen® Mobile plus user permissions to use Direct to Desktop in NextGen® Mobile version 9.0.0 or later.
- Access to NextGen Mobile Cloud Portal, if you are downloading the NextGen D2D software package from NextGen Mobile Cloud Portal.
- Pre-configured macros added to the physician's profile in NextGen Mobile Cloud Portal, if you choose to use macros during dictation.
