Document Patient Responses
After administering an injection or aspiration, you can document how the patient tolerated the injection in Patient Response section.
- Select Improvement, and select a value from the picklist.
- Select %, and enter a percentage using the key pad.
- Select Details, and enter any additional information.
- To document if the patient tolerated the procedure well, select the No or Yes.
- Enter any additional notes in the Notes field.
