If the assessments that you want to add are not in the Billing Diagnosis History grid, you can add them from the Diagnosis Code Lookup link below the grid.
- Select the Diagnosis Code Lookup link.
The diagnosis search window opens.
- Do one or both of the following, as needed.
- Enter any string of characters that may be in the clinical description for the diagnosis, and click Search.
- Scroll to find the diagnosis in the right-hand list.
- Highlight the diagnosis.
- Select Select.
- The Diagnosis search window closes and the diagnosis you selected appears in the Billing Diagnosis History grid.
- Select Add/Update to add the diagnosis to Today’s Assessments.
- When all assessments are in the Today’s Assessments grid, click Save & Close.
All assessments in the Today’s Assessments grid on the Add or Update Assessment template are entered into the Today’s Assessments grid on the MICS Med/Admin OPH template.
