Add New Assessments From Common Assessments Page

If the assessments that you want to add are not in the Billing Diagnosis History grid, you can add them from the Add common assessment link below the grid.
  1. Select the Add common assessment link.
    The Common Assessment template opens.
  2. If the page is blank or shows a common assessment page other than the one you want to use, do the following:
    1. Click the Common assessments field.

      The Get Assessment Page picklist opens.
    2. Find the assessment page you need in the list.
    3. Select the page and click OK.
      The template shows the diagnoses and codes for the selected page.
  3. Select on all assessments that you want to add to today’s encounter.
    Assessments display in the grid.
  4. Select Save & Close .
    Assessments you select appear in the Billing Diagnosis History grid.
  5. For each assessment that you want to add to Today’s Assessment s, select it and then Click Add/Update.
    The assessment enters the Today’s Assessments grid on the Add or Update Assessment template.
  6. Select Save & Close .
    All assessments in the Today’s Assessments grid on the Add or Update Assessment template are entered into the Today’s Assessments grid on the MICS Med/Admin OPH template.
