Add Historical Assessments from the Billing Diagnosis History Grid
If the assessment that you want to add is in the Billing Diagnosis History grid, select it.
Select Add/Update.
The assessment enters the Today’s Assessments grid on the Add or Update Assessment template.
Select Save & Close to add the assessments to the Today’s Assessments grid on the MICS Med/Admin OPH template.
If the assessments that you want to add are not in the Billing Diagnosis History grid, you can add them from the Add common assessment or the Diagnosis Code Lookup link below the grid.
