Set up Refresh Template Trigger

The Refresh Template action refreshes the display of template structure and/or data at run time. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Refresh Template action . If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Refresh Template action to be triggered. Select OK and save your template. Parent topic: Setting up Specific Trigger

Set up Grid Row Select Trigger

Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Grid Row Select action. The Grid Row Select window opens. Select the required data sheet list. Note: Data Flow Sheet and Lab Summary Sheet data grid types are not supported. In Search Column, select the data sheet fields from the list. In Find, select the edit fields that is on the template from the list. To clear the selected row, select the deselect option from the list. To suppress the selected row event, select the Suppress Row Select Event check box. Select Script It. The Script Clipboard window opens with the script of the label. To copy the script to clipboard, you can select Copy to Clipboard. To return to the Trigger Info window, select OK. Enable Control Trigger

The Enable Control action enables the selected field(s) on a template at run time. You cannot enable the following types of fields: web browser, patient image, graph, lab order, sub template, and GET component. Note: If you enable a collapsible panel, all fields on it are also enabled. You can disable specific fields on the panel separately. All other fields on the panel remain enabled. Follow the steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Enable Control action. The Enable Template Field window opens. From the Available Template Fields pane, select each field you want to enable, and then select Add. The selected field appears in the Fields to Enable pane and the OK button is enabled. You can select the multiple fields by selecting the Ctrl button. Note: You can remove the selected fields by selecting the fields from Fields to Enable pane and selecting the Remove button. From the Filter list, select the required filters. The Available Template Fields pane now only displays the selected

Set up Trigger Script Trigger

The Trigger Scripts enables you to create, maintain, and invoke reusable structured code blocks. These structure code blocks can perform all the operations of existing trigger actions. The Template Runtime provides the ability to debug trigger scripts and set break points in trigger scripts, code execution, and examine values. A debug attribute can be set for any Trigger Script trigger. When a trigger with the debug attribute is executed in runtime, the Trigger Script Debugger window displays and execution is paused at the related trigger scripts and then goes through the code execution, examining values, and evaluating code segments. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Trigger Script action. The Trigger Script window opens. In the Function Script Name list, select the required structured code block or script name. The Comments box displays the related comments and the Parameters grid displays the respective parameters. The Refresh Data Grid action refreshes the display of information in the preselected data sheet/grid field at run time. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Refresh Data Grid action. The Refresh Data Grid window opens. Select the specific data sheet/grid you want to be refreshed at run time. Select Script It. The Script Clipboard window opens with the script of the label. To copy the script to clipboard, select Copy to Clipboard. To save the information and close the window, select OK.
