To enable an active image, set up triggers for each of the active regions within an active image.
- Drag the Active Image icon from the Fields toolbar to the template design area where you want to place it.
The
Insert Active Image window opens.
- From the Image list, select the image you want.
A preview of the selected image appears.
Note: All active images must be created using the Image Region Editor Utility. For more information, go to

- To reposition the field on the template, enter the appropriate numeric values to replace the current vertical and horizontal coordinates displayed in the Position boxes.
Note: The Auto Size check box is selected permanently by default.
- To hide the active image when the template is opened, select the Hidden check box.
- Select the check box for the border Style.
- Select OK and save your template.
