Troubleshooting Patient Lookup Issues

When you search for a patient or person while connected to an external system, such as the EMPI Query Interaction System (EMPI QIS), you may encounter any of the following scenarios:
  • Patient information does not exist inNextGen® Enterpriseor the external system.
  • Patient information is found in only one system.
  • Patient information is found but not linked in both systems.
