Track Reasons for Canceling Appointments in Practice Preferences
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Do one of the following: From the main toolbar, select Chart. Select Tasks > Lookup > Charts. In the Patient Lookup window, enter search criteria and select Find. Select Admin > Preferences > Practice. In the Practice Preferences window, select Appt Scheduling, and then select the Track for cancellation reason checkbox.The reason for canceling a future appointment is required and is tracked in the system. Open File Maintenance. Select Master Lists > Recall Plan Stop Reasons. Select the open menu icon, and then select New. The Add Recall Stop Reason Information window opens.
