Enable Tracking of Recall Plan Stop Reasons in Practice Preferences
Select Admin > Practice > Preferences. The Practice Preferences window opens. Select Chart and then select the check box Prompt for a reason when a Recall Plan is stopped. Stop Active Recall Setup for Expired Patients
When stopping active recalls for expired patients, you have the option of tracking the reason the recall was stopped based on your practice preference settings.
