Add Recall Stop Reasons in File Maintenance
In File Maintenance, open Master Lists. On the Master List List window, select Recall Plan Stop Reasons. To add a recall stop reason, select Open Menu and select New. The Add Recall Stop Reason Information window opens. In the Description field, enter the reason for stopping the recall, for example, Expired Patient. Select OK. Stop Active Recall Setup for Expired Patients
When stopping active recalls for expired patients, you have the option of tracking the reason the recall was stopped based on your practice preference settings. To track the reason the recall was manually stopped, do the following: Add Recall Stop Reasons in File Maintenance Enable Tracking of Recall Plan Stop Reasons in Practice Preferences Add Reasons for Stopping Recalls in File Maintenance You can add reasons to stop recalls for patients who have died. Track Reasons for Stopping Recall Plans in Practice Preferences You can turn on tracking of reasons for stopping recall plans in Practice Preferences, ensuring that a reason is recorded whenever a recall plan is stopped. Add Appointment Cancellation Reasons in File Maintenance
Open File Maintenance and select Master Lists. On the Master Lists List window, select Appointment Cancellation Reasons. Select Open Menu and select New. The Add Cancellation Reason Information window opens. In the Description field, enter the reason for appointment cancellation, for example, Expired Patient. Select OK. Recall Plan Master Report
You can generate a Recall Plan Master report that details all aspects of the recall plans for the practice, including what statuses were set up in a specific plan that will cause the plan to be stopped for a patient. This report also shows the messaging information for the recall plans. Open the list of Practice master files. Select Recall Plans. Select Open Menu. Select Print. The report opens.
