Enable Tracking of Appointment Cancellation Reasons in Practice Preferences
Select Admin > Practice > Preferences. The Practice Preferences window opens. Select Appt Scheduling and then select the check box Track for cancellation reason. The reason for canceling a future appointment is tracked in the system. You must enter a reason for why the appointment is canceled. Select OK. In File Maintenance, open Master Lists. On the Master List List window, select Recall Plan Stop Reasons. To add a recall stop reason, select Open Menu and select New.
