View the Orders Auto Release Details

You can view the Practices and Process Time for an Instance. However, if an Instance is activated, you must deactivate it to view this information on the Details window. Refer to the following procedure for the detailed steps.

  1. From the Windows® System Tray/Notification area, double-click the NextGen EHR Orders Auto Release utility icon.
  2. In the Instance list, select the appropriate Instance Name (that is, user-defined name).
  3. If the Instance is inactive (Application Status fields are blank), go to Step 5.
  4. If the Instance is active (Application Status fields are populated) do the following:
    1. Select Deactivate.
      A confirmation window opens.
    2. Select Yes.
      The Security Logon window opens.
    3. Enter your Windows® User ID, Password, and Domain associated with your Windows® log on credential.
      The Auto Release Form window opens.
  5. To view the auto-release criteria for the Instance, select Details.
    The Details window opens.

  6. To close the window, select Cancel.
