After you set up the Orders Auto Release Utility, you can automatically release the Recurring and Future orders on demand.
- From the Windows® System Tray/Notification area, double-click the NextGen EHR Orders Auto Release utility icon.
- In the Instance list, select the appropriate Instance Name.
- Select Details.
The Details window opens, displaying the scheduled run time.
- To override the scheduled run time and run the Auto Release immediately, select Run Now.
The orders are automatically release.
- Select the Close (X) button.
Note: Auto releasing orders on demand does not change the original Auto Release set up time. You do not need to re-set the original time for the Recurring and Future orders after using this function.
