When you export a graph from a patient chart to the patient NextGen® PxP Portal account, the system creates an audit trail of when it was sent and any comments which were added. The system also records when the patient opens the document from the NextGen® PxP Portal web site.
- Locate the graph to send under the encounter on the Encounter History tab.
- Select the
button.
- Select the item to view, and select the
button.
- Select Patient Portal History Details.
The
Patient Portal Document History window opens.
- Select Close to exit the Patient Portal Document History window.
