View an Imported Result

You can view an order and imported result in the results grid. Open the Orders module. Select the Results tab. In the Results grid, select the imported result. The result appears in the Results history section. Select Go to Order. The order and the imported result details opens in the Orders Summary tab. Parent topic: Completed Results Tab View

Add Tracking Comments for an Imported Result

You can add tracking comments for an imported result to track the comments. Open the Orders module. Select the Results tab. In the Results grid, select the imported result. The result appears in the Results historysection. Select Tracking. The Sign-off and Tracking Comments window opens. Select Add. Enter your comment and select Save. Orders which are created after import or reconciliation will not go to Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) for sign-off. Sign-off comments are disabled for an imported result. If you add comments that require another user or group to perform a task, select Save &Task, select the recipient, and then select Send Task. Parent topic: Completed Results Tab View

View an Imported Result in a Graph

You can view the graph and change the Y-axis range values for the imported result. Open the Orders module. Select the Results tab. In the Results grid, select the imported result. The result appears in the Results historysection. Select Graph. The Plotted results window opens. To change the minimum and maximum Y-axis range, enter the value in the field and select Update. To show the latest results, clear the Show earlier results first check box. To calculate the range from the result values, select Calculate range from result values. View results for all orders using the pre-defined All filter or view only results for orders displayed in a user-defined private or practice filter. Clinical Reconciliation Results

You can import the results data from the Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA). You can import and reconcile results received from an external C-CDA to the Orders module. An audit record logs in Advance Audit when you modify user permission, reconcile the lab result or create a reference order. Layout of the Clinical Reconciliation Results Tab The Results tab displays the details of the provider and patient and also the different actions to perform. View the Clinical Reconciliation Results Tab

You can view the lab results in the Clinical Reconciliation window which allows you to reconcile patient's results. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient. From the View menu, select Clinical Reconciliation. The Clinical Reconciliation window opens. In the Documents pane, select the C-CDA document. In the Import tab, select Results. The results are grouped based on the order number and date and time and displays the following columns: component name, result, units, reference range, abnormal flags, observation date/time, status, comments, and source. The values of the selected C-CDA documents appears in the Import section. The EHR section displays the results if it has the result value and the status is final or corrected.
