View an Imported Result

You can view an order and imported result in the results grid. Open the Orders module. Select the Results tab. In the Results grid, select the imported result. The result appears in the Results history section. Select Go to Order. The order and the imported result details opens in the Orders Summary tab. Parent topic: Completed Results Tab View

Add Tracking Comments for an Imported Result

You can add tracking comments for an imported result to track the comments. Open the Orders module. Select the Results tab. In the Results grid, select the imported result. The result appears in the Results historysection. Select Tracking. The Sign-off and Tracking Comments window opens. Select Add. Enter your comment and select Save. Orders which are created after import or reconciliation will not go to Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) for sign-off. Sign-off comments are disabled for an imported result. View C-CDA Source

You can view the source of the Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) document from where the results are imported. Open the Orders Module. Select the Results tab. In the Results grid, select the imported result. The result appears in the Results historysection. Select View CCDA Source. Review Test Results

You can open the order and result detail in the Orders Summary tab. Open the Orders module. The Results tab is in view by default. If the default initial tab view has been changed, select the Results tab to open it. The results appear for the default All filter. To view results for a private or practice filter, select the filter in the Results tab Filters bar. The results appear for the selected filter. To view additional information for a result, select the result value in the Collection Date & Time column. The bottom of the Results tab shows the result value, status, applicable test units, any abnormal flag, the normal range, and any comments. To copy the text, select Select All and Copy. You can paste it in another document or template. Graph Multiple Results for a Test

You can graph the results of tests repeated several times for the same patient. The graph uses all the results for the same tests that are displayed on the results flow sheet. If you filter the results, only the selected test data is shown in the graph. You can graph the results in the order they were returned or have the most recent results displayed first in the graph. In the Results tab, select in the row for a test that has been performed on more than one date. On the Results tab Top toolbar, select Graph. The Plotted results fortest window opens, displaying a graph of all the selected results. The Show earliest results first check box is selected by default to display the earliest results first in the graph. To show the latest results first, clear the Show earliest results first check box. To change the minimum or maximum Y-axis value, enter the new value in the field, and select Update. The revised number appears on the Y-axis. If required, select the Calculate range from result

View results for all orders using the pre-defined All filter or view only results for orders displayed in a user-defined private or practice filter.
