View an Imported Result
You can view an order and imported result in the results grid.
Open the Orders module
.
Select the
Results
tab.
In the
Results
grid, select the imported result.
The result appears in the
Results history
section.
Select
Go to Order
.
The order and the imported result details opens in the
Orders Summary
tab.

Add Tracking Comments for an Imported Result
You can add tracking comments for an imported result to track the comments. Open the Orders module. Select the Results tab. In the Results grid, select the imported result. The result appears in the Results historysection. Select Tracking. The Sign-off and Tracking Comments window opens. Select Add. Enter your comment and select Save. Orders which are created after import or reconciliation will not go to Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) for sign-off. Sign-off comments are disabled for an imported result. If you add comments that require another user or group to perform a task, select Save &Task, select the recipient, and then select Send Task. Parent topic: Completed Results Tab View

View an Imported Result in a Graph
You can view the graph and change the Y-axis range values for the imported result. Open the Orders module. Select the Results tab. In the Results grid, select the imported result. The result appears in the Results historysection. Select Graph. The Plotted results window opens. To change the minimum and maximum Y-axis range, enter the value in the field and select Update. To show the latest results, clear the Show earlier results first check box. To calculate the range from the result values, select Calculate range from result values. View C-CDA Source
You can view the source of the Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) document from where the results are imported. Open the Orders Module. Select the Results tab. In the Results grid, select the imported result. The result appears in the Results historysection. Select View CCDA Source. Review Test Results
You can open the order and result detail in the Orders Summary tab. Open the Orders module. The Results tab is in view by default. If the default initial tab view has been changed, select the Results tab to open it. The results appear for the default All filter. To view results for a private or practice filter, select the filter in the Results tab Filters bar. The results appear for the selected filter. To view additional information for a result, select the result value in the Collection Date & Time column. The bottom of the Results tab shows the result value, status, applicable test units, any abnormal flag, the normal range, and any comments. To copy the text, select Select All and Copy. You can paste it in another document or template.
