Access the Integrated Equipment Module

Scroll through the list of existing reports, and select the
View Report
button for any report that you want to see.
The report opens in a new window.

Generate a Report
In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open a patient chart and then select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. Select Acquire Report and then select a type of equipment. Acquire Report button and shortcut menu If the current encounter is locked, the new report cannot be added to it. A prompt appears, asking whether to create a new encounter. Do one of the following: Select OK. Select Cancel, then unlock the current encounter and select Acquire Report again. View Welch Allyn® Reports
Access the Integrated Equipment Module. Select a Welch Allyn ECG, Welch Allyn Exercise ECG, or Welch Allyn Spirometry report from the IEM grid. Note: Welch Allyn® Exercise ECG reports are supported only by CardioPerfect® and not by the Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ . Select View Report. The Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® Workstation application starts and displays the report. Report Displayed in Diagnostic Cardiology Suite Use the tabs to view additional information as needed. View Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® Exercise ECG Reports
After ordering a Cardiac Science Exercise ECG report, you can view it. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select a Cardiac Science Exercise ECG Report record with a Test Status of Confirmed, UnconfirmedOnly, or Reconfirmed. Select View Report. The HeartCentrix® Exercise ECG report opens. Note: If the patient has multiple race entries, then for Cardiac Science multiple race entries, the race is interpreted as Other. If the system finds a suitable match from information supplied in the Patient Information window, it populates the Race field. Otherwise, the field defaults to "Unknown." Select the HeartCentrix Main toolbar items as needed (functions are dependent on user permissions and view mode). After making any changes, select Confirm to save changes and return to the IEM. Create Welch Allyn® Spirometry Reports
In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select Welch Allyn Spirometry. Capture an spirometry report as described in the appropriate Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® spirometry user manual. Close the Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® Workstation application to return to the IEM.A new Welch Allyn Spirometry report appears in the IEM grid and an (Equipment Report) indicator appears in the History toolbar under the encounter. If you confirmed the interpretation, the Test Status column in the IEM grid displays Confirmed; otherwise, it displays UNCONFIRMED. Open the Integrated Equipment Module
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient, and then create an encounter or open an unlocked encounter. Do one of the following: From the Main toolbar, select File > Summary > Equipment. From the Encounter History tab, if an encounter contains any equipment reports, select the equipment report icon. The Equipment Reports pane appears. PDF Generation
The NextGen® Enterprise EHR Equipment Reports module can optionally attach a Midmark, Hillrom™ Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ , or CardioPerfect® , or Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® (former Cardiac Science) report in PDF format to a patient's encounter when the equipment report is acquired or modified, therefore keeping the report PDF in synchronization with the equipment report. You can enable this feature by configuring the Store PDF Report on Equipment Report Modify option in System Administrator View > Universal Preferences > Equipment.
