Generate a Report

  1. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open a patient chart and then select a location and provider.
  2. Open the Integrated Equipment Module.
  3. Select Acquire Report and then select a type of equipment.

  4. If the current encounter is locked, the new report cannot be added to it. A prompt appears, asking whether to create a new encounter. Do one of the following:
    • Select OK.
    • Select Cancel, then unlock the current encounter and select Acquire Report again.
  5. For details on generating reports for each type of equipment, refer to the topics on creating reports in the following chapters:
    A template storing the data and a report appear in the currently selected encounter on the Encounter History tab.
