Access the Integrated Equipment Module. Scroll through the list of existing reports, and select the View Report button for any report that you want to see. Create Midmark ECG Reports

Before you begin Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open a patient chart and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select Midmark ECG. The live ECG window opens. Recording runs for 10 seconds and then stops. Select your name in the Reviewed By list. Analyze the clinical data in the report. Select Save to save the report and return to the Equipment Reports pane in EHR. A new Midmark Resting ECG report appears in the IEM grid and an (Equipment Report) indicator appears in the History toolbar under the encounter. Note: If the Store PDF Report on Equipment Report Modify Universal Preference is enabled, a PDF of the equipment report is generated and attached to the patient's encounter in the History toolbar. Open the Integrated Equipment Module

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient, and then create an encounter or open an unlocked encounter. Do one of the following: From the Main toolbar, select File > Summary > Equipment. From the Encounter History tab, if an encounter contains any equipment reports, select the equipment report icon. The Equipment Reports pane appears. Create GE Stress ECG Reports

Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. For more information on how to use GE CardioSoft, refer to the appropriate GE CardioSoft Operator's Manual. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. Select Acquire Report and select GE CardioSoft Stress ECG. The GE CardioSoft application starts and displays the Test Information window. On the Test Information window: For each tab, enter or verify all relevant information and select OK. Before the test starts: Check the applied electrodes and verify the signal quality in all leads. If needed, configure and select appropriate settings and protocols. Select the F1: pretest button to start the Pretest phase. Create GE Resting ECG Reports

Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. For more information on how to use GE CardioSoft, refer to the GE CardioSoft Operator's Manual. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Access the IEM. Select Acquire Report and select GE CardioSoft Resting ECG. The GE CardioSoft application starts and displays the Test Information window. Before the test starts, configure and select the appropriate settings as needed. On the Test Information window: For each tab, enter or verify all relevant information. Then select OK. If you are performing a: 10-second ECG with analysis, select the ECG Acquisition button. Generate a Report

In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open a patient chart and then select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. Select Acquire Report and then select a type of equipment. Acquire Report button and shortcut menu If the current encounter is locked, the new report cannot be added to it. A prompt appears, asking whether to create a new encounter. Do one of the following: Select OK. Select Cancel, then unlock the current encounter and select Acquire Report again.
