View Report
button for any report that you want to see.
The report opens in a new window.

Generate a Report
In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open a patient chart and then select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. Select Acquire Report and then select a type of equipment. Acquire Report button and shortcut menu If the current encounter is locked, the new report cannot be added to it. A prompt appears, asking whether to create a new encounter. Do one of the following: Select OK. Select Cancel, then unlock the current encounter and select Acquire Report again. For details on generating reports for each type of equipment, refer to the topics on creating reports in the following chapters: GE CardioSoft Equipment Midmark Equipment Hillrom Welch Allyn Devices Hillrom HeartCentrix Devices A template storing the data and a report appear in the currently selected encounter on the Encounter History tab. View and Modify GE Reports
For more information on how to use GE CardioSoft, refer to the GE CardioSoft Operator's Manual. Access the Integrated Equipment Module. Select a GE CardioSoft Resting ECG, GE CardioSoft Stress ECG, GE CardioSoft Spirometry, or GE CardioSoft Ambulatory Blood Pressure report from the IEM grid. Select View Report. The report opens in a new GE CardioSoft window. Use the Modify buttons to edit information as needed. Close the GE CardioSoft window to return to the IEM. Parent topic: GE CardioSoft Equipment

Open the Integrated Equipment Module
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient, and then create an encounter or open an unlocked encounter. Do one of the following: From the Main toolbar, select File > Summary > Equipment. From the Encounter History tab, if an encounter contains any equipment reports, select the equipment report icon. The Equipment Reports pane appears. Delete GE Reports
GE reports are stored in the GE CardioSoft database, while references to the reports are stored in NextGen® database. As a result, you must delete the report and associated references from both places. For more information on how to use GE CardioSoft, refer to the GE CardioSoft Operator's Manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select any GE report and select the Red X (Delete) button on the top toolbar. A confirmation message appears. PDF Generation
The NextGen® Enterprise EHR Equipment Reports module can optionally attach a Midmark, Hillrom™ Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ , or CardioPerfect® , or Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® (former Cardiac Science) report in PDF format to a patient's encounter when the equipment report is acquired or modified, therefore keeping the report PDF in synchronization with the equipment report. You can enable this feature by configuring the Store PDF Report on Equipment Report Modify option in System Administrator View > Universal Preferences > Equipment. The following information is applicable if you want to generate equipment reports in PDF format: Midmark: PDF drivers are installed as part of NextGen Enterprise Hillrom™ Welch Allyn® CardioPerfect® : Requires CardioPerfect® FileLink (installed by the client or Hillrom™ ) Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® (former Cardiac Science): Report PDFs are available on the HeartCentrix® server Note: Hillrom™ Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect®

Delete a Report
The top toolbar in EHR includes a Red X(Delete) button that can be used to delete the currently selected report in IEM. However, additional steps may be needed, depending on the type of device that created the report.
