View Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® Resting ECG Reports

After ordering a Cardiac Science Resting ECG report, you can view it. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select a Cardiac Science Resting ECG Report record with a Test Status of Confirmed, UnconfirmedOnly, or Reconfirmed. Select View Report. The HeartCentrix® Resting ECG report opens. Note: If the system finds a suitable match from information supplied in the Patient Information window, it populates the Race field. Otherwise, the field defaults to "Unknown." Select the HeartCentrix Main toolbar items as needed (functions are dependent on user permissions and view mode). After ordering a Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® (former Cardiac Science) Holter report, you can view it. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select a Cardiac Science Resting Holter Report record with a Test Status of Confirmed, UnconfirmedOnly, or Reconfirmed. Select View Report. Order Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® Reports

Typically, you order a test in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, perform the test at the acquisition device, and then go back to NextGen® Enterprise EHR to view the results. After a test is requested, the HeartCentrix® application automatically matches a test to a specific order. If you order a test that was previously performed, you need to match an existing test to the order you are creating. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select a Cardiac Science device (ECG, Exercise ECG, or Holter) . The HeartCentrix Auto Search window opens. The system updates the screen every five seconds for tests coming in from acquisition devices. If tests are listed, highlight the pertinent test and select Select to match the order to the test. Delete Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® Reports

Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® (former Cardiac Science) reports are stored in the Cardiac Science database, while references to the reports are stored in NextGen® database. As a result, you must delete the report and associated references from both places. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select any Cardiac Science report and select View Report. A Cardiac Science report opens. In either Edit or Edit Demographics modes, select the Options menu on the Main toolbar and choose Delete Test. Note: Deleting a report prevents a user from accessing a test. The test is still stored in HeartCentrix® and can be reactivated with assistance from HeartCentrix® Technical Support. With the same report selected in the IEM grid, select the Red X(Delete) button on the top toolbar.A confirmation message appears. Select Yes to confirm the deletion. Create GE Stress ECG Reports

Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. For more information on how to use GE CardioSoft, refer to the appropriate GE CardioSoft Operator's Manual. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. Select Acquire Report and select GE CardioSoft Stress ECG. The GE CardioSoft application starts and displays the Test Information window. On the Test Information window: For each tab, enter or verify all relevant information and select OK. Before the test starts: Check the applied electrodes and verify the signal quality in all leads. Create Welch Allyn® Resting ECG Reports

Before you begin Before you start recording, ensure that the device is connected to the PC. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. From the Acquire Report list, select Welch Allyn ECG.The Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® Workstation application starts and opens the ECG capture screen. Capture an ECG as described in the appropriate Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® resting ECG user manual. Close the Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® application to return to the IEM.A new Welch Allyn Resting ECG report appears in the IEM grid and an (Equipment Report) indicator appears in the History toolbar under the encounter.
