You can uninstall the Auto Release Windows Service on your system and install the Auto Release Utility in standalone mode.
- Select Start
, and enter Command Prompt.
- Right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator.
The Administrator: Command Prompt window opens.
- Enter the appropriate directory to change to the NextGen root folder.
Note: Ensure that your changed directory has the NextGen root folder.
- In Command Prompt, enter NextGen.EMR.Lab.AutoRelease.Service Stop.
The command prompt displays if the Auto Release Utility Windows service has successfully stopped.
- In Command Prompt, enter NextGen.EMR.Lab.AutoRelease.Service Uninstall.
The command prompt displays if the Auto Release Utility Windows service has been successfully uninstalled. You can check if the NextGen ARU Windows Service is uninstalled from the Services window.
