Manage Order Instances

You can view the practice and process time of an instance and you can also deactivate, update, and delete order instances in the AutoRelease(ARU) - [Service Mode] window. However, you must restart the Windows Service after the addition or change of instances.
  1. Select Start , and enter Command Prompt.
  2. Right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator.
    The Administrator: Command Prompt window opens.
  3. Enter the appropriate directory to change to the NextGen root folder.
  4. In Command Prompt, enter NextGen.EMR.Lab.AutoRelease.exe "1".

  5. Select Enter.
    The NextGen security logon window opens.

  6. Enter your user credentials, select your enterprise and practice, and then select Logon.
    The AutoRelease(ARU) - [Service Mode] window opens.
  7. Select the appropriate instance from the Instance list.
    The Application Status section displays the instance information within the AutoRelease(ARU) - [Service Mode] window.

  8. To deactivate the instance, select Deactivate.
    The Details option is activated on the AutoRelease(ARU) - [Service Mode] window.
  9. To view the details, select Details.

  10. To update the instance details, update the Process Time; and Practices on the Details window.
  11. Select Save.
    The instance details are updated.
  12. To delete the instance, select the Action Details (Delete the selected instance) , and then select Yes to confirm.
    The order instance is deleted from the list.
  13. Restart the NextGen ARU Windows Service from the Services window.
  14. To close the AutoRelease(ARU) Configuration Details - [Service Mode] window, select , and then select Yes.
    It is recommended to close the AutoRelease(ARU) - [Service Mode] window after your updates, to avoid unnecessary log files. Even, if you have closed the AutoRelease(ARU) - [Service Mode] window, the service gets executed.
  15. To view the running ARU service, open Run on your system, enter sevices.msc, and then select OK.
