You must install and configure the Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ) to set up the Auto Release Utility for your practice.
If your super UserId and PracticeId are not zeros, you must update your current values in NextGen.EMR.Lab.AutoRelease.exe.config file of the NextGen root folder.
You can set up the Auto Release Utility Windows Service on your system to automatically release the orders.
Note: If you have not installed the MSMQ, the system displays an error while setting up the Auto Release Utility Windows Service.
Select Start, and enter Command Prompt.
Right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator.
The Administrator: Command Prompt window opens.
Enter the appropriate directory to change to the NextGen root folder.
Note: Ensure that your changed directory has the NextGen root folder.
In Command Prompt, enter NextGen.EMR.Lab.AutoRelease.exe "1".
Note: The parameter 1 is passing for invoking the Auto Release Utility user interface.
Select Enter.
The NextGen security logon window opens.
Enter your user credentials, select your enterprise and practice, and then select Logon.
The AutoReleaseForm window opens.
Note: If the Windows Service is not installed on your system, a Message window appears stating that the Auto Release Windows Service does not exist.
Select Install Service to install the Windows Service.
The Message window appears stating that the Auto Release Utility Windows Service has started.
Select OK.
Note: If you want to uninstall the Windows Service, you can select Uninstall on the AutoReleaseForm window.
