Select Provider from the Report Filter Settings List.
The Provider Filter window opens.
Select the Rendering, Referral or Primary Care Provider from the list.
If necessary, select to display the Provider Search window.
Enter a pertinent Last and/or First Name as a search criterion.
Select Search.
Select the desired Provider's.
If necessary, select to Exclude Existing NextMD Providers.
Select OK.
The Provider's name displays in the Provider Filter window.
Select the Location from the list, if necessary.
If necessary, select to display the Location Search window.
Enter a pertinent Name, Address, City, State or Zip Code as a search criterion.
Select Search.
Select the desired locations.
Select OK.
Note: If the Limit EHR reporting to only preferred locations check box has been selected in System Administrator for your specific User ID, only your preferred locations display.
Set up the Encounter Date filter, as appropriate:
Select if the Encounter Date (Enc Date) occurred On, Not on, After, Before, On or After or Before, or Between a certain date range.
Select whether to include patients who have not had an encounter since a certain date (Who Have Not Had Since) .
Select whether to include only a patient's Most Recent Encounters.
Select Columns from the Settings List and select the appropriate columns.
Note: If you selected a Location on the Provider Filter, be sure to select the Location column on the Columns list before generating the report.
If necessary, select Sorting or other report display options from the Report Filter.
Note: To display the locations in the footer of the generated report, select the Head/Foot button on the Report Filter. Then, check the Report Filter Definition check box on the Customize Report Header/Footer window.
To view the report data in alternate shading, select Alternate Shading.
Note: The alternate shading pattern does not display when you print the report.
Select Save.
Note: Saving the report before generating is optional.
