Patient with no Previously Documented Immunizations
For reporting purposes, you can indicate that a patient has no record of receiving immunizations. When you select the Immunizations tab, if the patient has no record of receiving immunizations, the system displays a No Known Immunization History check box on the Chart tab toolbar. To confirm that no immunization records exist, select the No Known Immunizations History check box.
If a patient has received immunizations, the No Known Immunization History check box does not appear on the Chart tab.
In some cases, a patient may have previously documented immunizations in another practice and the No Known Immunization History check box appears. This can occur if the patient’s chart is not shared with other practices.
