Message Manager View Prerequisites

For the Message Manager View tab to appear in the Workflow module, ensure that:

  • The NextGen® Clinical Message Manager application is installed.
  • The following access rights must set to Yes for your account:

    OPERATIONS > Clinical Message Manager

    OPERATIONS > Clinical Message Manager > Allow Message Manager View in EHR

  • To view orphaned messages, the following access right must be set to Yes for your account:

    OPERATIONS > Clinical Message Manager > View Orphaned Records
