Message Manager View Prerequisites
For the Message Manager View tab to appear in the Workflow module, ensure that:
- The NextGen® Clinical Message Manager application is installed.
 - The following access rights must set to Yes for your account: 
 
- To view orphaned messages, the following access right must be set to Yes for your account:
