The transaction history shows how many messages were processed by particular NextGen® Clinical Message Manager users on dates in the recent past.
 
 
  - From the Message Manager View tab, select Clinical Message Manager in the left pane, if it is not already selected.
   
    
    If the Display Transaction History Information preference is enabled, a list of the count of transactions appears at the bottom of the right pane. The list is organized by date, user name, and message category ( Lab Results, Documents, and so on).
     
  - To specify the length of the date range, select the Change Display Filter 
 button, and then use the slider to choose how many days to include. The maximum is 30 days. 
  - Select OK.
 
  - To sort the list, select any column header (such as Date, Lab Results, and so on). To reverse the sort order, select the column header again.
