Attach Images to a Finding
Each finding can have one image attached to it. After an image is attached, you can attach a different image to the finding. The previous image remains in the patient's chart.
You can attach images to findings in the following ways:
- Attach an image file stored on your file system or saved to the patient's chart for the current encounter.
- Attach a photo stored on your file system.
- Import a web camera or video device image.
Each attached image has a unique name.
- If you attach an image from your file system or a web cam/video device, the GET names it as finding name - region description.
- If you attach an image that has the same name (description) as another image attached to a different finding, the name is followed by a number in parentheses. For example: Basal Cell Skin Cancer, Basal Cell Skin Cancer (2), and Basal Cell Skin Cancer (3).
