Attach a File System or Patient Chart Image

The Finding Images enables you to attach an image to each finding made. You can attach an image file saved to your file system or the patient's chart for the current encounter. You can annotate and save images to the patient's chart using the Image module. After you attach a patient chart image, the Graphical Exam Tool (GET) displays the latest saved annotations made to it.

If the patient chart image is signed off in the PAQ, the signature is not affected by attaching the image to a finding. For more information on the Image module, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest Clinical Reconciliation Module User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
