Before you begin
In
Enterprise Preferences, you must activate
Practice access for Quick File Configurations.
- Open File Maintenance.
- In Master Files, select System, and then select Quick File Configurations.
The Quick File Configurations List window opens.
- Right-click the configuration in the list that you want to assign, and then select Practice Access.
The Quick File Master Access by Practice window opens.
- Select the practices that you want to have access to the Quick File configuration.
To select all the practices, select the Practice option.
- Select OK.
In NextGen® Document Management, activate the Quick File feature.
