Converting In-Progress to Unbilled Job
You can create the job to process the in-progress to unbilled by configuring the fields as described in the following table.

| Financial Class | Indicate the Financial Class for which you want the encounters converted. |
| Billable Date From/To | Indicate the billable date range for which you want the encounters converted. |
| Rendering Physician | Indicate the Rendering Physician for which you want the encounters converted. |
| Patient Type | Indicate the Patient Type for which you want the encounters converted. |
| Service Location | Indicate the Service Location(s) for which you want the encounters converted. |
| Include Records in Billing Hold? | Indicate whether you want the conversion to include records in Billing Hold. |
| Include Records Without Charges? | Indicate whether you want the conversion to include records that are without charges. |
| Encounter Specific | Indicate whether you want the conversion to be specific to specified encounters. |
| Encounter Created By | Indicate whether you want the conversion to be specific to encounters created by a specified user. |
| Encounter Date From/To | Indicate whether you want the conversion to be specific to an encounter date range. |
| Charge Created By | Indicate whether you want the conversion to be specific to encounters with charges created by a specified user. |
| Charge Create Date From/To | Indicate whether you want the conversion to be specific to an encounter charge creation date range. |
| Charge Batch Info | Indicate whether you want the conversion to be specific to charge batch info. |
| Conversion Report: Printer Name | If you indicated that you want the Conversion report sent to the printer, identify the printer you want to use. You can also apply the following settings to the printer: Orientation, Tray, Size, or Number of copies. |
| Conversion Report: Export Format | If you indicated that you want the Conversion report exported, identify the file format you want the job to use. |
| Conversion Report: Export File Name | If you indicated that you want the Conversion report exported, enter the file name for the exported file that you want the job to use. You can include a date part or counter token in the file name. Tokens are variables that the application replaces with the current date and time or an incremental counter value. |
| Conversion Report: Export Overwrite Option | If you indicated that you want the Conversion report exported: Use the specified file name (and overwrite the file if it exists) Add a timestamp to the file name (filename_yyyymmddhhmmss.ext) |
| Conversion Report: Email Export File to | If you indicated that you want the Conversion report exported, you can set NextGen® Background Business Processor to send a copy of the report to recipients. Enter the email addresses for the recipients you want to receive the file. Separate each email address by a comma. |
| Conversion Report: Save Snapshot | Indicate whether you want NextGen® Background Business Processor to take a snapshot of the generated report. |
| Conversion Report: Snapshot Name | Indicate the name that you want the application to give to the report snapshot. |
| Job runtime alert setting (minutes) | Indicate the number of minutes you want the application to wait before sending out a job runtime alert email. |
| Job runtime alert email | Enter the email address of the person or persons to whom the application sends the job runtime alert. |
