Telephone History Records Prior to NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine 7.4

If you select the Show Telephone History Active Text check box, the View Call History Prior to KBM 7.4 link appears on the Telephone Call template and Telephone Communication template. The View Call History Prior to KBM 7.4 link opens the Telephone History template. This option is used only if the records were entered on a NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine version prior to 7.4.
