Set the Default Telephone Template

The Telephone Call template is the default in the out-of-package NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. You can leave this as the default or set the Telephone Communication template to launch instead.

  1. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Templates.
    The Select Template window appears.
  2. In the Show section, select All.
  3. On the Practice tab, scroll down and highlight Practice Configuration, and click OK.
  4. In the Telephone Call/Communication section, do one of the following:
    • Select the Launch Telephone Communication check box.
    • Leave the Launch Telephone Communication check box unselected to document communications on the Telephone Call template.
