When the View Call History Prior to v7.4 link is visible in runtime, you can view the call details that were entered in a NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine version that was 7.4 or earlier.
From the File menu, select System \ Practice Templates.
The Select Template window appears.
In the Show section, select All.
On the Practice tab, scroll down and highlight Practice Configuration, and click OK.
In the Telephone history records entered prior to v7.4 section, select the Show Telephone History Active Text check box to display the link in the Communication panel.
Scroll back to the top of the configuration template to click the Save and Close button.
