Telephone Communication

NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine includes two telephone templates that enable you to view and document a telephone interaction between a practice and a patient or a patient's representative.

Based on your preferences, you can document the communication details on either of the following templates:
  • Telephone Call- Captures the reason for the call. Enables you to add comments and to generate tasks you can assign to another users' to-do list.
  • Telephone Communication- Quick and comprehensive documentation of the telephone interactions, this template includes the NextGen® Enterprise EHR communication component to streamline the documentation process
