Telephone Call/Communication

If you select the Launch Telephone Communication check box, the system opens the Telephone Communication template instead of the Telephone Call template from left Navigation, sub-navigational links and navigational tabs available on all the specialties templates.

However, the Telephone Communication link on the Patient Information Card opens only the Telephone Call template even if you select the Launch Telephone Communication check box on the Practice Configuration template.
