Task/To Do
You can update the task for a patient using To Do template.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Select the Care Guidelines link on any of the main template.
The Care Guidelines Paged View template opens.
- In the Care Guidelines panel, select the Grid View link.
The Care Guidelines grid view template opens.
- In the Recent Orders panel, select the Task link.
The To Do template opens.
- The Date Due field displays the current system date. To change, select the Date Due field, and select date from the Calendar.
- The Priority field displays High by default. To change, select the Priority from the list.
- Select Subject from the list or enter text.
- Select Message and enter the text.
- Select Save & Close.
The Attach template opens. - Select No attachment or the item to attach, and select OK.
The Select Task Recipients window opens. - Do the following:
- To select the user to receive the task, select the recipient in the left side Available Users/workgroups list, and select the Add User(s) button.
- To remove a user selected, select the user in the right side Task Recipients list, and select the Remove button.
- After you select task recipient, select OK.
