You can set up tasks and send to any task recipients.
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - Open the Checkout template.
 
  - Expand the Today's Orders panel.
 
  - Select the Task link.
   
    The 
To Do template opens. 
    
    
  - Enter the values for the following fields:
   
    
     - Date Due
 
     - Priority
 
     - Subject
 
     - Category
 
     - Message
 
    
     
  - Select Save & Close.
   
    The Attach window opens.
   
 
  - Select an option, and select OK.
   
    The Select Task Recipients template opens.
   
 
  - In the Available Users/Workgroups section, select one or more users for a practice.
 
  - Select Add User.
   
    The selected user appears in the Task Recipients section.
   
 
  - Select the priority for the task.
 
  - Select OK.
