Send Tasks

You can set up tasks and send to any task recipients.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. Open the Checkout template.
  3. Expand the Today's Orders panel.
  4. Select the Task link.
    The To Do template opens.

  5. Enter the values for the following fields:
    • Date Due
    • Priority
    • Subject
    • Category
    • Message
  6. Select Save & Close.
    The Attach window opens.
  7. Select an option, and select OK.
    The Select Task Recipients template opens.
  8. In the Available Users/Workgroups section, select one or more users for a practice.
  9. Select Add User.
    The selected user appears in the Task Recipients section.
  10. Select the priority for the task.
  11. Select OK.
