Chart Summary

The Chart Summary template displays the details documented by the intake/clinical support staff and provider in the framework template set of the Procedure and Procedure Preadmission visit types. The left pane includes a list of categories to select and view the documented data. Some of the categories include filters at the top of the grid, allowing you to filter and review the required data. The data in the grid is read-only. The View Previous button is used to add data from the previous encounters to the current dynamic template. The Quick Save button is used to save the documented data of your current template/panel as a default set, allowing you to use it again when documenting on the same template/panel during future patient encounters. Configuration of the Medical Chart Summary Panel

You can configure the items that appear in the left pane of the Medical Chart Summary panel. The Medical Chart Summary panel appears on the Home Page and the Summary templates. You can customize the navigation to include the Summary template. Medical Chart Summary Review by Provider

The Medical Chart Summary panel displays the details documented by the Intake staff and provider in an encounter. The details from the previous encounters also appear in this panel. The data grid includes a list of categories in the left pane. You can select and view the documented data. Some of the categories include filters at the top of the grid, which enables you to filter and review the required data. The data that appears in the grid is view-only. Patient's History Summary

The History Summary panel on the Intake template enables you to document a patient's past medical or surgical history, interim, social, family, and diagnostic study. It also displays the patient history documented by the Intake staff on the Histories template. You can add diagnostic studies with a documented Result or Interpretation to the grid in the Reason for Visit panel by clicking the Add to HPI Grid button. The grid includes a list of categories in the left pane to select and view the documented data. You can filter the patient history records by selecting the Medical History or Surgical History option. Review the Patient's Chart Summary

You can gain a complete picture of the patient's clinical history on the Chart Summary template. Use the links in the left pane to filter the patient's information. Each practice can configure the links in the left pane on the Framework Content system template in the Medical Chart Summary section. Stage from the Treatment Summary Template

Open a patient encounter and select a Specialty of Oncology and a Visit Type of Office visit. Select the Cancer Summary link. The Treatment Summary template appears. Without selecting a record on any grid, click Add/Update under the Staging Details grid. The Cancer Details template appears. In the Staging Detail panel, enter the details.
