Chart Summary

The Chart Summary template displays the details documented by the intake/clinical support staff and provider in the framework template set of the Procedure and Procedure Preadmission visit types. The left pane includes a list of categories to select and view the documented data. Some of the categories include filters at the top of the grid, allowing you to filter and review the required data. The data in the grid is read-only.

The View Previous button is used to add data from the previous encounters to the current dynamic template.

The Quick Save button is used to save the documented data of your current template/panel as a default set, allowing you to use it again when documenting on the same template/panel during future patient encounters. The Quick Load button enables you to select the previously created default set to load the default set values in the current template/panel.
