Patient's History Summary Review by Provider

You can review patient's history summary using the History Summary panel on the Home Page template. The History Summary panel displays the patient history documented by the intake staff and provider on the Intake, Histories, and SOAP templates. The data grid includes a list of categories in the left pane that enables you to view and document the associated data. Patient's Communication Details Review by Provider

The Communication panel enables you to view the details of communication between a practice and a patient. The details of the communication are documented in the Telephone Call or Telephone Communication template. The badge count in the panel header provides the number of open items in the communication queue. The Filter field at the top of the grid enables the provider to filter the communication details based on the status. You can select the category from the left pane to filter and review the items by category. The numbers next to the items in the left pane indicate the number of items in the queue. You can review the patient's orders using the Orders panel that displays all the orders placed for a patient. Review of Intake Details by Provider

You can start the visit by reviewing the patient's details entered by the intake staff on the Home Page template, to determine if any updates should be made. The Home Page template consists of the following panels. Panel Description Medical Chart Summary Displays the details documented by the intake staff and provider during an encounter. The details from the previous encounters also appear in this panel. The categories in the left pane in the grid enable you to select and view the documented data. Some of the categories include filters at the top of the grid, which enable you to filter and review the desired data. The data that appears in the grid is read-only.
