Patient's Communication Details Review by Provider

The Communication panel enables you to view the details of communication between a practice and a patient. The details of the communication are documented in the Telephone Call or Telephone Communication template. The badge count in the panel header provides the number of open items in the communication queue. The Filter field at the top of the grid enables the provider to filter the communication details based on the status. You can select the category from the left pane to filter and review the items by category. The numbers next to the items in the left pane indicate the number of items in the queue.
