Patient's Problem List Review by Provider

Buttons and Check Boxes in History Summary Panel

You can use the buttons and check boxes present on the History summary panel. The following buttons and check boxes are available in the History Summary panel. Button/Check Box Description Edit Enables you to review and make changes in any of the documented patient history data. Add Enables you to add any new patient history by selecting a category in the left pane. Add to HPI Grid Enables you to send a diagnostic study, that was created in the current encounter with a documented Result or Interpretation to the grid in the Reason for Visit section. Confidential link Enables you to view and enter the confidential information provided by the patient during the course of the encounter. History Review Opens the History Review template that enables you to indicate that the documented patient history has been reviewed. Patient's History Summary

The History Summary panel on the Intake template enables you to document a patient's past medical or surgical history, interim, social, family, and diagnostic study. It also displays the patient history documented by the Intake staff on the Histories template. You can add diagnostic studies with a documented Result or Interpretation to the grid in the Reason for Visit panel by clicking the Add to HPI Grid button. The grid includes a list of categories in the left pane to select and view the documented data. You can filter the patient history records by selecting the Medical History or Surgical History option. Adding Patient's History Summary on SOAP

You can update the history details entered by the intake staff and add any additional history details in the History panel on the SOAP template. In the History panel, you can document the following: Medical and surgical history details on the Past Medical/Surgical category. Interim history details on the Interim category. Social history details on the Social category. Family health history details on the Family category. Historical diagnostics details on the Diagnostic category. Reviewing Patient History on SOAP

You can review and edit a patient's medical history in the History panel on the SOAP template. The following categories in the History panel provide the corresponding history details. Past Medical/Surgical Interim Social Family Diagnostic History Panel The Social Determinants of Health and PRAPARE® links appear based on the Practice Configuration practice template settings. Review of Intake Details by Provider

You can start the visit by reviewing the patient's details entered by the intake staff on the Home Page template, to determine if any updates should be made. The Home Page template consists of the following panels. Panel Description Medical Chart Summary Displays the details documented by the intake staff and provider during an encounter. The details from the previous encounters also appear in this panel. The categories in the left pane in the grid enable you to select and view the documented data. Some of the categories include filters at the top of the grid, which enable you to filter and review the desired data. The data that appears in the grid is read-only.
