Obstetrics Home Page Template
The practice can customize the panels displayed on the Home Page - Obstetrics template. The following table describes the panels on the template.
| Panel | Description |

| General | Indicates if the patient is new or an established patient for the current encounter. |
| Problem List | Lists the patient's ongoing clinical problems and chronic conditions from past encounters. |
| Summary | Displays the date, gestational age (GA), progress notes, and provider information for the patient. On the Summary panel, you can access the OB Flowsheet comments using the OB Flowsheet Progress Notes link. |
| Allergies | Lists the allergies associated with the patient. |
| Medications | Displays the patient's medications documented in the Medications module by the intake staff. |
| Orders | Displays the detail of patient's orders related to labs, diagnostics, immunizations, surgical procedures, and referrals. You can select the appropriate category in the left pane to view the corresponding orders. |
| Communications | Lists the details of communication between a practice and a patient. The details of the communication are documented in the Telephone Call or Telephone Communication template. The badge count in the panel header provides the number of open items in the communication queue. The Filter field at the top of the grid enables the provider to filter the communication details based on the status. You can select the category from the left pane to filter and review the items by category. The numbers adjacent to the items in the left pane indicate the number of items in the queue. |
