Chart Check Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template

The Chart Check panel displays the tasks based on the procedure, section, and the answers selected for the screening questions. Chart Check When you select a procedure in the Procedure panel, the tasks associated with the selected procedure appear in the grid. These tasks are configured in the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template based on a procedure. For more information on the configuration of the chart check tasks, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest ASC Preadmission Activity Config Practice Template forNextGen®Adaptive Content Engine. You can filter the tasks associated with a section from the Section field above the grid. If you answer a scheduling question on the Interview Questions panel, the task configured for the selected answer also appears in the Chart Check panel grid. Summary Panel on the Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery Template

The Summary panel displays the details documented by the scheduler, clinical support person, and provider in an encounter. The grid includes a list of categories in the left pane to select and view the documented data. The categories in the left pane can be added or deleted using the Framework Content system template. For more information on how to configure the categories in the left pane of the Summary panel, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest Framework Content System Template forNextGen®Adaptive Content Engine. Some of the categories include filters at the top of the grid, allowing you to filter and review the required data. The data in the grid is view-only, that is, you cannot edit or delete data from the grid. Summary To view or review the patient's medical chart summary, select the required link in the left pane. Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery Template

The Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery template of the Procedure Preadmission visit type displays the data documented in the previous and/or current encounter by the scheduler or clinical support staff in the ASC - Scheduling Questions and ASC - Pre admission templates. This home page also displays the data documented by the provider and nurse in the framework template sets of the Procedure visit type, when the case ID of the encounters is same. Click the home icon on the navigational bar to access the Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery template. The scheduler or clinical support staff can review the documented data by the provider and proceed with the workflow in the ASC- Scheduling Questions template or ASC - Pre admission template.
